In most small organizations the donor list, the volunteer roster, and the event sign-ups live in separate files that slowly drift apart. EmfimbaFlow keeps one record per person: their giving history, event registrations, volunteer hours, appointments, and mailing preferences all hang off the same profile, so anyone on your team sees the whole relationship before they pick up the phone.
You don't have to re-type years of history. Import people and past donations from CSV or Excel files: the importer recognizes common column names, shows you exactly which rows need fixing, and brings in the rest. Most organizations are working from their real data within an afternoon.
Donation receipts follow the CRA's requirements by design — one org-wide number sequence, advantage amounts on split-receipt gifts, and annual receipts that cover a donor's full year of giving. Read more on the donation receipts page.
The Starter plan is free for as long as you like, and every new organization starts with 30 days of full access to everything — no credit card. Paid plans start at $79 CAD per month when you outgrow the free limits.
No. Online donations go directly to your organization's own Stripe account — we charge no platform fee. Stripe's standard card-processing fees still apply.
Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file of people or past donations; the importer matches your column headers, flags problem rows individually, and imports the rest.
Yes. Donors can start a recurring monthly gift from your public donation page, and each month's payment is recorded against their donor record automatically.
