The page renders in the visitor's language (English, French, Spanish, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, or Korean), asks the custom questions you define, and sends a confirmation email the moment someone registers.

Paid registrations without a platform fee
Fees run through Stripe Checkout into your organization's own Stripe account — EmfimbaFlow takes no cut. When a payment completes, the registration is marked paid automatically, and unpaid balances are visible right on the check-in screen, so the awkward money conversation happens before the program starts, not after.
Frequently asked questions
Do you charge a fee on paid registrations?
No platform fee. Registration fees go through Stripe Checkout directly into your organization's own Stripe account; only Stripe's standard processing fees apply. Free events cost nothing to run.
What happens when an event fills up?
Registrations beyond capacity join a waitlist, and you can promote waitlisted people as spots open — they're notified by email.
How does check-in work at the door?
Every confirmation email carries a QR code. Scan it (or paste the code) into the check-in console and the person is marked present — per day, so multi-day programs get real attendance records.
Can the registration form ask our own questions?
Yes. Each offering can define its own custom fields — dietary needs, emergency contact, t-shirt size — and answers are stored on the registration.
